Sate Klatak Pak Bari Part 2

Sate klatak
Sate klatak usually just have two seasons: salt and garlic. The meat was plugged in bicycle bars (not bamboo stick) and baked on an anglo. The colour of the soup is red before stirred and yellow after. It has a little bit of pepper and fried onion.
Sate klatak are being roasted

There're just two sates in one portion of sate klatak. But the sate has some big sliced goat meat and so thin soft fat (I don't know if the fat was a coincidents or not).

The sate klatak soup tastes a little bit plain (the sate klatak itself has already salty), but the turmeric tastes so strong. The taste of the meat is splashes in my mouth, it tastes so juicy. Yummy!

My wife tried the sate klatak with the tongseng soup and she said it's delicious. Meh? I don't know. Haha.

The tea served with gula batu (rock sugar) and a pot of tea to re-fill our glasses. The sugar wasn't easy to dissolve so we can use it over and over. And the tea tastes so good.

In my opinion, the tongseng soup was better than the soup from sate klatak. But the sate klatak meat was more delcious than the meat from the tongseng. Anyway, all of them are delicious!

The sate klatak (just two sate) costs IDR 20.000, the tongseng cost was the same, the hot tea (one glass) was IDR 2.500, and the rice (one portion) was IDR 2.500. The total costs was IDR 50.000. Btw the warung open from 06:30 pm untill 02:00 am.
