Last Sunday afternoon I went to Pasar Raya Boga event with my wife and niece. The event was held at the parking area of Mandala Krida stadium from 19-21 (Friday-Sunday) May 2017 by  ASPBI (Indonesian Food Entepreneur Association).

The event has a lot of visitors. And the ticket is free (the toilet too :p). There're a lot of live show in the event: standup comedy, Jogja band, artisty grup, humor, popular MC, etc. There're some events too: colouring competition for kids and zumba dance party. The special guest is Pongky.

There're so many stands, maybe more than 50 stands. These some of them: Ayam Goreng Mbah Cemplung, Brongkos Warung Ijo Tempel, Mangut Lele Mbah Marto, Tumpang Koyor "Elang Sari", Bebek Goreng H. Slamet, Soto Sedaaap Hj. Widodo, Sego Abang Maju Mapan GK, Bakmi Kadin, Oseng mercon Bu Narti, Angkringan Lek Harjo, Waroeng Spesial Sambal "SS", Sate Ayam Legenda, Tengkleng Hohah, etc.

I've never tried food from this brand. The customers queue is quite long. I ordered thigh fried chicken with korean sauce (spicy level: 3) and cheese sauce; plus rice and ice tea.

The chicken meat has brown color. The sauces have nice colour combination, red and yellow. The korean sauce tastes spicy, but not so spicy. But it matches with the cheese sauce. These combiantion tastes good, delicious! And it's so cheap, guys!

It tastes good. I eat it when the soup has absorbed into the noodles, but it still tastes delicious. The noodles is soft and has delicious flavours. And it's not sweet like many mie ayam. Nice.

I just tried it a little bit and I don't think this food is special. But my wife said the meet is good, though.

It has quite strong tastes of chocolate. Sweet but not too sweet. Good.

This event was good. Maybe Jogja need more event like this, where some local big brand foods get together in one place.
